  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about an item, you can still return it, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


Steps to Return an Item

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Packaging: Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached. Use the original packaging if possible.
  4. Shipping: For defective or incorrect items, we will send you a prepaid return label. For change of mind returns, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping.
  5. Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if items do not meet these conditions.
